Offering discounts in fixed amounts

Currently, in Wafeq you can only add discount rates to your invoices and bills in percentage. Here's another method to discount by fixed amounts:

1. Create an invoice or a bill.
2. Create your first line item for the item you're selling or purchasing.
3. Add another line item in which you specify the quantity as 1, and the negative amount you wish to discount in the price.
4. Don't forget to add the VAT rate to this line item for correct VAT calculation.
