Featurre Request

The client is requesting an improvement in how foreign exchange (FX) rates are handled within the system. Specifically, they want:

• The ability to set a historical FX rate when creating an invoice, based on the transaction date.
• The ability to edit or enforce a custom FX rate at the level of a single invoice.
