Import a list of cost centres [as per the Excel file or CSV format]. How to import them into the application? Or is it the same as the other imports? Not possible for now?!

This applies to the other lists, such as the accountants' tree, accounts, and so on.

This reply I got from one of your support techs, but obviously it was wrong – cut and paste! So make sure they get the appropriate training. 

"Yes, you can import your list of cost centres from Excel into Wafeq. Just go to the cost centres page, click on the 3 dots at the top, and you'll find the import option. You can upload your Excel or CSV file there. If you need to export them, you can do that from the same menu as well.

Let me know if you need the template or any help with the file!" 

I hope that enquiries like this will be escalated to higher management and then to the software development team so they can incorporate the necessary improvements. By identifying these shortcomings, I am actually doing your company a favour—helping you build a more robust application that delivers its full value.
