Activity Log for Quotations

The client would like to request the following features:

1. Activity Log for Quotations:
   Add an activity log to quotations so the client can track who made changes or updates to a quotation, including the details of the changes.

2. Link Customers to Employees:
   Add an option to permanently assign a customer to a specific employee. Once the customer is linked to an employee, the system should automatically associate that employee with the customer’s sales invoices.

   This would allow the client to use reports to identify which employee generated each sales invoice and calculate commissions, track performance, and manage other related activities.
