Differentin amount inventory Report & Invoice

Invoice amount not reflecting to inventory report as mentioned in attachments.

I also requested this feature from the beginning of the software but still pending we are highly appreciated if fulfill this requirement.

when we close/finish the project there is not have any option to close/lock the project, kindly add the feature to close/lock the finished projects same like period lock/close.
