Steps to Create a Credit Note
From the main menu in Wafeq, click on "Sales" and select "Credit Notes".
Click on the "Create" button to create a new credit note.
Enter the following details:
Customer Name: Select the relevant customer.
items: Choose or enter details for any related products or services, if applicable.
Amount: Specify the amount.
Date: Set the date of the credit note.
After entering all details, click "Save as Draft" or "Finalize" to complete the process.
How to Link the Credit Note to Invoices
You can link the credit note to the original invoice, whether the invoice contains a returned product or has modified amounts.
Note: In the case of returning a product or adjusting invoice values, linking the credit note will adjust the financial situation in the invoice, considering the impact on the inventory if the product is tracked in the system.
