How to Add a Branch?

English Template (1).pngYou can add multiple branches for your company to facilitate managing financial operations and inventory, linking each transaction to a specific branch. 

All branches are under a single company with one tax number.

 

Steps to Add a Branch

  1. Click on "Branches" from the main menu.

  2. Click the "Add" button.

  3. Enter the branch details:

  • Branch Name: The official legal name of the branch as registered in the system.

  • Display Name: A short and easy-to-use name for the branch. It helps with internal navigation and is displayed instead of the full legal name in the system.

    Note: This name is for internal use only and will not appear on official documents such as invoices or PDF files.

  • ID Type and Number: Select the official license type for the branch (e.g., commercial registration or Ministry of Human Resources license) and enter its number.

  • Address: The full location of the branch, including street, city, and postal code, to accurately identify the branch.

  1. After entering the details, click "Save" to confirm adding the branch.

 

Notes:

  • Every purchase, sale, or inventory transaction can be linked to the appropriate branch when recording it.

  • A branch cannot be deleted if it is linked to previous financial transactions, to ensure data integrity.
