How can I cancel my subscription? And how long does it take to get a refund?

Subscription Cancellation Steps

1. From the right-hand menu, select Settings, then click Plans & Subscriptions.

2. Click "Change Subscription".

3. Choose either:

   • "Downgrade to Basic Free", or

   • "Cancel Subscription" (if available).

4. Select a reason for cancellation, then click "Confirm Cancellation".

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, send a support request using the email of the account owner so the team can review and process it.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

If you're eligible for a refund (based on our refund policy),
the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days until it appears in your bank account.
