Do invited users need to create a new account?

English Template (1).pngYes, when a new user is invited to Wafeq, they must create their own user account or log into their existing account using the invitation link sent via email.

 

Invitation and Login Process

  • The invitation link is sent via email.

  • When the user opens the link:

    • They will be prompted to create a user account (or log in if they already have one).

  • After signing up:

    • They log in to Wafeq.

    • Click their name at the top menu.

    • Select “Switch Organizations”.

    • The invited organization will appear to start working.

 

Note:
There is no need for a separate subscription for the invited user. Once they switch to the invited organization, they can work within it using their assigned permissions under the organization’s existing subscription.
