What is the "Switch Organization" feature?

English Template (2) (1).pngThe "Switch Organization" feature in Wafeq allows you to move between multiple organizations (companies) using the same account without needing to log out and back in each time.

 

When do you use the "Switch Organization" feature?

  • If you're an accountant working with multiple clients.

  • If you have several companies on Wafeq under the same email address.

  • If you've been invited to another organization to collaborate on it.

 

How to use the "Switch Organization" feature?

  1. Inside Wafeq, click on your name at the top of the main menu.

  2. Select "Switch Organization".

  3. A list of all organizations linked to your account will appear.

  4. Choose the organization you want to work on.

 

Note: Each organization has its own data, subscription, and settings.
If you want to manage multiple branches under the same subscription, use the Branches feature within the same organization.
