Employee Statement of Account Report


The Employee Statement of Account is a detailed report that displays all financial transactions related to an employee within the system, such as salaries, deductions, and claims that have been processed and completed through the employee.

The importance of the Employee Statement of Account Report lies in being an essential tool for tracking and documenting all financial transactions related to the employee in an accurate and organized manner. It helps to:

  1. Provide a comprehensive and clear overview of all financial transactions related to the employee.

Reports Interface Details

The Reports interface has been redesigned with greater accuracy and organization to provide a more efficient and flexible reporting experience, making it easier to access, review, and analyze your business data based on your operational needs.

Available Features in the Reports Interface:

  • Pin Reports Feature:
    You can pin your most important or frequently used reports by clicking on the “Pin” option, allowing them to appear at the top of the Reports page for quicker access without needing to search through all reports each time. You can also unpin reports at any time by clicking the same option again.
  • Summary or Detailed View:
    When selecting a report, you can choose how you would like the data to be displayed:

    1 - Summary View to display key information such as accounts and amounts.

    2 - Detailed View to access more in-depth information such as customers, notes, or any additional details added to your transactions.
    This feature helps you analyze your data with the level of detail that best suits your needs.

  • Reports Categorization:
    Reports are organized into clear categories to help you quickly find the right report based on the type of information you need, such as reports related to cost centers, projects, and other classifications.
    This organization saves time and effort while providing more accurate and structured reporting insights.

 

 

How to View and Understand the Employee Statement of Account Report in Wafeq?

To view the report, go to "Reports" from the main menu, then click on "Employee Statement of Account Report" under the "Payroll" section.
 

 

Once you access the report, you will find a complete overview of all financial details related to employees, including any claims granted to them, deductions, and salaries. Any financial transaction recorded under an employee’s account will be automatically reflected in this report, allowing you to maintain a comprehensive and accurate view of all employee-related activities.

 

 

 

Through this report, you can benefit from the following features:

  • All Time: You can select the required time period using the time filter.
  • Add Filter: This option allows you to filter data by employee, project, cost center, branch, or currency.
  • Edit Columns: You can customize the column view according to your needs by rearranging columns or showing and hiding specific ones to display more precise and clear data.
    Additionally, the "Frozen columns" feature allows you to drag and place a column into the “Frozen columns” section within the report, so it remains visible at all times while scrolling. Furthermore, you can enable additional columns as needed, and they will appear instantly in the report once activated, allowing you to tailor the data view to your requirements.

     

     

  • Export: You can export the report in PDF or Excel format as needed.
