Transfer Ownership of the Organization in Wafeq

The Transfer Ownership feature allows the current owner of the organization to securely and confidently transfer ownership to another user. The feature ensures that the new owner gains full control after the transfer, while every step is logged to maintain transparency and security.
 

Steps to Transfer Organization Ownership

  1. Click on the organization name, then select "Manage and Invite Users".


     
  2. Next to the user who will receive ownership, click the three dots and select "Transfer Ownership".


     
  3. An OTP will be sent to the current owner's email to confirm the operation.
  4. Enter the OTP in the designated field and click "Verify".


     
  5. Once completed, the new user becomes the owner with full privileges, while your permissions may adjust according to the organization's settings.
