Reports Interface

Wafeq’s Reports Interface is designed to provide a clear, organized, and detailed view of your financial and operational data. It gives you quick access to the information you need, helps you analyze your organization’s performance more efficiently, and saves you valuable time and effort.

How to Access the Reports Interface

To access the Reports Interface, select “Reports” from the main menu

Key Features of the Reports Interface

  • Pin Your Most-Used Reports:

You can pin the reports you use most frequently or consider most important by clicking “Pin.” Pinned reports will appear at the top of the Reports page, allowing you to access them quickly without having to search for them each time. You can easily unpin a report at any time by clicking the same option again.

  • View Reports in Summary or Detailed Mode:

Wafeq allows you to choose the level of detail that best suits your needs when viewing a report. You can switch between Summary View and Detailed View:

1. Summary View: Provides an overview of the key information in the report, such as accounts, amounts, and balances, giving you a quick and clear understanding of the data.

2. Detailed View: Provides a more comprehensive view of the report, allowing you to access additional transaction-level details, such as customers, notes, and other information recorded on the transactions.

This flexibility allows you to choose the appropriate level of detail, whether you need a quick overview or a more in-depth analysis of your data.

  • Filter Reports Based on Your Needs:

The Reports Interface allows you to filter report data using available criteria such as Cost Center, Branch, and Project. You can apply these filters directly to the report without making any changes to the report settings. This helps you focus on the data relevant to a specific branch, project, or cost center and quickly access more accurate and relevant results.
