Does e-invoicing cost extra in Wafeq Accounting?

No. UAE e-invoicing is included in every Wafeq Accounting plan (Starter, Plus and Premium) at no extra cost. Receiving e-invoices requires the Plus or Premium plan.

How much does the ASP portal cost?

The Platform Start plan costs AED 89 per taxpayer seat per month (15 documents included per seat each month), or AED 890 per seat per year (1,000 documents included per seat each year). Prices exclude 5% VAT. Platform Scale offers negotiated pricing and volume discounts; contact sales.

What counts as a seat and a document?

Each taxpayer onboarded to Live occupies one seat; drafts and Sandbox taxpayers are free. Each successfully processed document (an invoice sent or received) uses one credit from your document wallet.

What if I need more documents than my plan includes?

Buy extra document packs at any time from Billing & pricing. Packs range from 100 to 10,000 documents, at AED 0.35 down to AED 0.20 per document. Purchased packs don’t expire while your subscription is active.

Do I need a subscription to test the portal?

No. Sandbox is free. You need a subscription before you connect a taxpayer in Live.

How do I pay for the ASP portal subscription?

Pay by card through Stripe from Billing & pricing in the portal. Annual billing includes 5.6 times the documents of monthly billing and saves 17%.
