How to connect with the ZATCA Phase 2 e-Invoicing system in Saudi Arabia?

English Template (28) (1).pngWafeq supports integration with ZATCA Phase 2 e-Invoicing in Saudi Arabia, as required by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).

To complete the integration, follow these steps:

1. Access Organization Settings:
From your Wafeq account, click your company name in the sidebar and select “Organization Settings.”

2. Connect with the Fatoora Platform:
Scroll down to the "Fatoora Settings" section and click the “Connect” button.

3. Enter Organization Details:
You will be prompted to fill in:

  • ID information and business activity type.

  • VAT registration details (e.g. VAT number and reporting dates).

  • Full address of your business as registered with ZATCA.

4. Obtain the OTP Verification Code:
Go to the Fatoora platform, and create an OTP by registering a new device.
Once you get the OTP, return to Wafeq and paste it into the OTP field.

5. Confirm the Connection:
After entering the OTP and clicking "Connect", you will see a confirmation message:

"Successfully connected to Fatoora platform"

This means your Wafeq account is now integrated with Phase 2 of e-Invoicing and you can issue compliant invoices directly through Wafeq.

Note:
To connect with ZATCA Phase 2, your organization must be subscribed to one of the following plans:
Plus, Premium, or Enterprise.
