How can I update my organization details if I’m connected to Phase 2 of e-Invoicing?

Once your Wafeq account is connected to the Fatoora platform by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), your company information (Organization details) becomes part of the integration setup and cannot be edited directly while the connection is active.

However, you can update your organization details by following these steps:

1. Temporarily disconnect from the Fatoora platform:

• Go to your company settings in Wafeq.

• In the “Fatoora Settings” section, click “Disconnect”.

2. Edit the required details:

After disconnecting, you’ll be able to update fields such as:

• Company name

• Address

• VAT registration details

• Business activity or ID type

3. Reconnect to the Fatoora platform:

• Once you’ve completed the updates, go back to the same section.

• Click “Connect” and re-enter your updated details.
