The electronic stamp in Wafeq is used to give an official look to your invoices and documents (such as quotations, credit notes, and debit notes).
Once you upload the stamp to one of these documents, such as an invoice, and save it, the stamp will automatically appear on all documents, not just on the invoice where you added it.
Steps to add a stamp
Go to the creation page of the document you want, such as the invoice creation page.
Click “Add Stamp or Signature.”
Select your stamp image from your device.
Stamp upload requirements
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, GIF
Maximum file size: 25MB
When you upload a stamp in one document, it will automatically appear in all future documents (invoices, quotations, credit notes, debit notes, etc.).
