How to add a logo?

English Template (1).pngThe logo in Wafeq is used to give an official look to your invoices and documents (such as quotes, credit notes, and debit notes).
Once you upload the logo to one of these documents, such as an invoice, and save it, the logo will automatically appear on all documents not just on the invoice where you added it.

 

Steps to add a logo

  1. Go to the creation page of the document you want, such as the invoice creation page.

  2. Click “Add Stamp or Signature.”

  3. Select your logo image from your device.

 

Logo upload requirements

  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, GIF

  • Maximum file size: 25MB

 

  • When you upload a logo in one document, it will automatically appear in all future documents (invoices, quotes, credit notes, debit notes, etc.).
