Wafeq’s document templates give you high flexibility to customize the appearance of your documents (such as invoices, quotes, credit notes, debit notes, delivery notes, and purchase orders). You can create multiple templates for the same document type and then select the appropriate one when issuing a document, according to your company’s identity or your client’s requirements.
Steps to use a document template when creating a new document
Go to Create a new document (such as an invoice or a quote).
At the top of the creation page, look for the Template option.
Click to open the dropdown menu and select from the templates you have already set up.
Fill in the remaining document details (customer, items, taxes, etc.).
Save or send the document, and it will appear using the selected template’s formatting.
Notes
If you don’t select a template manually, the default template will be applied automatically.
Editing a template later will only affect new documents and will not change old documents.
