How Can I Check My Current Subscription Plan and Expiry Date?

To view your current subscription details in Wafeq, including your active plan and expiration date, follow these steps:

Steps to View Subscription Details

1. From the right-hand menu, select Settings, then click Plans & Subscriptions.

2. The subscription page will appear and include:

   • The current plan (e.g., Starter, Plus, Premium).

   • Subscription status.

   • Included branches.

   • Upgrade options and payment method.

Steps to View Subscription Expiry Date for All Companies (Organizations)

1. From the right-hand menu, select Settings.

2. Select "Manage Subscriptions".

3. You'll see a list of all Organizations under your account, including:

   • The current plan (Starter, Plus, Premium).

   • Subscription creation date.

   • Renewal date.

 if the "subscription" option is not showing to you , that means you don't have the access , and that should be done from the owner / admin email.
