How Can I Stop Auto-Renewal?

If you don't want your subscription to renew automatically at the end of the current period, you can disable the auto-renewal feature from within Wafeq.

Steps to Stop Auto-Renewal

1. Click on your Organization name at the top of the main menu.

2. Select "Subscription".

3. Click on "Change plan".

4. Either:

   • Click the "Downgrade" button under the Basic Free plan,

   • or click "Cancel Subscription" if available.

5. Choose a cancellation reason, then click "Confirm Cancellation".
