Subscription Cancellation Steps
Click on your company name at the top of the page.
Select "Subscription" from the menu.
Click "Change Subscription".
Choose either:
"Downgrade to Basic Free", or
"Cancel Subscription" (if available).
Select a reason for cancellation, then click "Confirm Cancellation".
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, send a support request using the email of the account owner so the team can review and process it.
How long does it take to receive the refund?
If you're eligible for a refund (based on our refund policy),
the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days until it appears in your bank account.
