Steps to Connect Wafeq and OCTA

From your Wafeq account, click on "Integrations" in the main menu. Then click "Add Integration" if OCTA does not automatically appear in the list of available integrations.

Click the "Connect" button next to OCTA.

Log in to your OCTA account, or create a new account if you don’t have one.

Choose your organization in Wafeq that you want to link with your OCTA account, then click "Connect".

Select the data you want to synchronize with OCTA, then click "Sync".

Once connected, your expected payments will appear, and you can manage the workflow to automate follow-ups and collections with your clients via WhatsApp or calls, leveraging AI-powered solutions.
