Through this group of reports — Sales by Customer, Sales by Branch, Sales by Project, and Sales by Product — you can explore sales data with greater accuracy and compare results across various aspects of your business.

 

What Do These Reports Have in Common?

All four reports rely on the same data source (sales invoices and credit/debit notes) and present an analytical breakdown of your company’s sales over a selected time period.
Each report also offers advanced filtering and comparison options, such as:

  • Date or custom time range

  • Currency

  • Project, branch, or customer

  • Cost center

You can also export all of these reports to PDF or Excel, compare them across multiple periods, and review transaction details directly from within each report.

 

What’s the Difference Between These Reports?

Viewing and Understanding the Sales by Customer Report

To access the Sales by Customer report, go to "Reports" in the main menu, then select "Sales by Contact" under the Sales section.

The Sales by Customer report shows the total sales achieved from each customer during the selected time period, giving you a clear view of your most active and high-contributing clients.


The report automatically breaks down the results by months (or fiscal periods), allowing you to compare sales trends for each customer over time and monitor changes in buying behavior.

 

This report lets you analyze commercial performance from the customer perspective, helping you identify key clients, reactivate inactive ones, and spot opportunities to increase sales or refocus marketing efforts on the most profitable segments.

From the top of the report, you can also perform several actions, such as:

  • Selecting the reporting period from predefined options or entering a custom range

  • Choosing the display currency

  • Filtering data by customer, branch, or project

  • Exporting the report in PDF or Excel format

Please note that you cannot modify or hide the columns in this report, as they contain essential financial data required for accurate reporting.

Viewing and Understanding the Sales by Branch Report

To access the Sales by Branch report, go to "Reports" in the main menu, then select "Sales by Branch" under the Sales section.

The Sales by Branch report displays total sales achieved by each branch during the selected time period, allowing you to evaluate branch performance and easily compare results.
It organizes sales data by months or fiscal years, showing each branch’s totals in separate columns,  making it easy to spot trends and monitor fluctuations in sales volume over time.

 

This report helps you identify which branches are performing best and which may need additional marketing or sales support. You can also analyze the impact of location or region on overall sales performance.

  • Filtering by customer, branch, or project

Note: The report’s columns are fixed and cannot be hidden or edited, as they include critical financial information needed for accuracy.

To access the Sales by Project report, go to "Reports" in the main menu, then select "Sales by Project" under the Sales section.

The Sales by Project report shows total sales and revenue generated from each project during the selected time period, enabling you to evaluate the financial performance of different projects within your company.


It automatically groups data by month or fiscal year, clearly displaying the amounts recorded for each project, along with the ability to compare results between projects over the same period.

 

This report helps you assess each project’s contribution to total revenue, identify the most profitable projects, and detect those that may require cost adjustments or strategy changes.
It’s also a valuable tool for decisions related to resource allocation, long-term contracts, or return-on-investment (ROI) analysis..

To access the Sales by Product report, go to "Reports" in the main menu, then select "Sales by Product" under the Sales section.

The Sales by Product report presents sales performance based on the products or services your company offers, helping you identify your best-selling items or highest-revenue generators over the selected period.
The report is divided by month or fiscal year and displays sales amounts for each product in consecutive columns, making it easy to track demand trends and compare product performance over time.

 

This report helps you evaluate revenue diversity and spot which products contribute the most to total sales, as well as those that may require pricing or marketing adjustments.
It’s also an essential tool for inventory management and purchasing planning.

 

Just like the other reports, you can use filters to focus on a specific time period, branch, or project, and export your data in PDF or Excel format for deeper analysis or management reporting.
