Customers in Saudi Arabia can now pay for their Wafeq subscription using Apple Pay directly from the payment page, without the need to manually enter card details.
This feature allows you to complete your payment quickly and securely by confirming the transaction using Face ID or Touch ID on your device.
In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to pay using Apple Pay.
Requirements Before You Begin
To ensure the Apple Pay option appears, make sure that:
Your account belongs to an organization based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You are using a device that supports Apple Pay (such as a compatible iPhone or Mac).
You have an active card added to your Apple Wallet.
Steps to Pay Using Apple Pay
1. Go to the Subscription Page
From the main menu:
Click on your organization name at the top of the page.
Select “Plan & Subscription” from the dropdown menu.
You will be directed to the plan details page, which includes:
Current plan
Subscription status
Billing account
Click on “Update Payment Method.”
2. Choose Payment Method
After clicking “Update Payment Method,” you will be redirected to the payment page.
The available payment methods will appear.
Select “Credit Card.”
If you are using a device that supports Apple Pay (such as an iPhone, Mac, or Safari browser), the Apple Pay button will appear above the card details form.
3. Confirm Payment via Apple Pay
Click the Apple Pay button.
A payment confirmation window will appear, allowing you to:
Select a card saved in Apple Wallet
Confirm the transaction using Face ID or Touch ID
Once authenticated, the payment is completed instantly.
With these simple steps, you can pay your Wafeq subscription quickly and securely using Apple Pay without entering your card details each time.
