When I trying to import fixed assets register as Excel file, I encounter error messages because there are many conditions and restrictions, so I suggest to:
* Make the user able to import the file with more than 255 chars for a cell.
* Make the user able to import cells including colons.
* Make the user able to import cells including double return.
It is not practical to manually consider all these requirements and conditions by the user.
