Currently A user can be a viewer or editor of the transaction. The editor is always able to edit the invoices/other transactions until the period is closed. Like other ERP's, once the transaction is completed, the Editor must not be able to Edit on his own and it should with the authority of Manager or a higher privilege user.
So basically there may be three privilege types for a transaction:
1) Viewer : Who can only view the transaction
2) Creator: Who can make the transaction, but can not edit it later on
3) Editor : Who can edit the transactions made by the above user, if required.
