Wed deal with clients that want us to send different invoices for each of their business units. The People associated with each business unit are the same so sending each invoice / SOA separately creates even more confusion.
I'd like to propose Grouping where you can group several Customer Contacts under one Group so you can view overdue invoices for one group, generate SOA for one group and send all invoices under the group in one email.
