Document already associated with previous transaction should not be appear in any new transaction while trying to attach document

'- Document already associated with previous transaction should not be appear in any new transaction while trying to attach the document. - Document should not also be associated with multiple transaction, however if the document required to attaché in 2 or more transaction, then it required to upload another copy.
