as showing in the attachment some accounts not appear in the account selection field. Please solve it as soon as possible

Please note that the "201" account is Accounts Payable, and must not be selected when creating an invoice or a bill.
You must instead choose an Income account if creating an invoice, or an expense account if creating a bill.

As our business nature we received down payment from customer and book in accounts payable account & this down payment we deduct gradually from each invoice until amounts equal to the received down payment so please show/Enable all the accounts in the account selection field.
i attached the sample of our previous invoice.

Sajjad: using Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable will cause incorrect ageing reports and other related issues.
To book a downpayment from a customer you can add a bank transaction and classify it to an account you can create, such as "Customer advances". Then when you want to record an invoice payment you choose it as paid through Customer advances.

Dear Mr MO, As i mentioned in attachment we must issue the down payment TAX e-invoice this is the rule from ZATCA and deduct it gradualy from the coming progress invoices as per law, and i manage my accounts previously in good manner but suddently u disable account selection in invoices, and also there is showing to many accounts which is not related to invoice criteria So kindly please Enable all the CHART OF ACCOUNT in invoices account field then i manually select the accounts which i need.

Sajjad: You can create another liability account, for example "Customer advances" and use it instead of "Accounts Payable".
Accounts Payable is now a reserved system account used to manage supplier payables.

that's good, can you please tell me how i add another account in chart of account.
