We're planning for this feature and need more feedback from you.
Can you explain to us when do you issue a delivery note to your customer? For example, is it before or after issuing an invoice? Is it before or after a quote?
Do you want it to update inventory?
Any extra details you can share on your preferred way of working with delivery notes is welcome.

Mo from Wafeq: We mostly issue delivery note before issuing the invoice as once we receive official PO/PR from client, sometimes our client request to deliver some items urgently without an official PO/PR so we deliver items without an invoice but with a delivery note.

Mo from Wafeq: Usually after quotation and before invoice - format should all adding of dimensions and packing details. If it incase it consolidates inventory quantity; it should not be doubled when issuing invoice.

Mo from Wafeq: Once the goods are delivered and receipt acknowledged by the client, we issue the invoice. So we issue delivery note before invoicing, while having a draft invoice ready to be sent later.

Before and after depending on the customers some times we need to deliver the order before invoicing, also sometimes the customer ask to deliver the order after invoicing but without showing there employee the invoice

Yes, we need delivery note and Partial invoice from delivery notes.
our company thinking zoho to wafeq. but only thing steping back is Delivery note issue.
Also we need custom field option. So we can add job number field in Delivery note and invoice.

Some Program follows as below.
Sales Order based PO - Delivery Note based on Sales Order & Invoicing based on DN
Because, PO may be 10 items. all items feed to Sales Order based on PO. After we prepare DN as per Sales Order partially or completely. The DN preparing time, we load Sales Order no. then all items loads automatically and select items from there.

Mo from Wafeq: Delivery should have option before invoice and after invoice. Flow will be as follows,
Quote > Delivery Note > Invoice
Quote > Invoice > Delivery Note
In delivery note by selecting quote number all items will be added as default, if needed we can remove as partial delivery too.
Also, Delivery note can have even without quote and invoice.
After invoice > In DN page by selecting particular invoice number then all items in invoice can add default. also, with option to delete line item maybe we have partial delivery.
involve > after selecting customer DN to be listed respective to DN issued to that particular customer. After selecting DN, the items will auto load in the invoice, along with PO details and price for the item if entered in the respective item.
Once DN issued for particular invoice, it should be removed from the default list in future DN list by selecting through invoice.
But it can also be select by searching.
Yes, if the selected item added as inventory item it need to affect in the inventory. If not no need. Like for us Service sector it won't affect inventory.
So, one quote/invoice can have single or more than one DN.
Our previous system has same above said options.
If need more, please let me know.

Delivery note is very important and crucial to complete the transaction process, so missing one element of the transaction will force usurers to create manually out of Wafeq Eco system, which destroy the point of using this such platform.
Therefore kindly implement this as its very simple document and it will make so much difference.
Is there any timeline when will this implemented since i have seen requests since 2021 ?
