- Move the logo from a side to another side and change the size

According to the Zakat and Income Authority regulations, any invoice issued in foreign currency must mention the amount and the tax amount in Saudi riyals, according to the exchange rate set by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency.
I suggest adding space to it.

The units column is now available in Wafeq. You can add a unit to your items in the "Unit of measure" column in the "Items" sheet. When you select that item in your invoices, the UoM will show up on the invoice.

Ahmed: Got it. The reason you cannot change the unit of measure on an item is because it will be changed on all previous invoices / quotes / credit notes / purchase orders you've created to date, which likely isn't what most users want.
To solve this you can create another item and assign it another unit of measure, so you'd have two items that you can call "Cement / kg" and "Cement / tons" to distinguish them.

Ahmed: You cannot change the unit of measure on an inventory tracked item, because the quantity of the inventory has to stay in one unit. For example, if you started tracking inventory in kg and your quantity is 10, you cannot change the unit to tons because then the quantity will not make sense.
In the future we will explore enabling multiple units of measure per item.

Good news! We've released "Document Templates" feature to give you customization options on your PDFs. Check it out in the side menu under "Document templates".
Here's what you can customize:

Mo from Wafeq: Thanks for the update. Is it possible to have an option to remove the VAT from the Invoice line item and keep it after the subtotal of the items as in KSA we only have 15% VAT tax. and the way number s are presented sometimes confuses our customers.

Fadl: It is required as per ZATCA to show the VAT per line item, and also some of our users may be charging 15% VAT on some items and 0% Exempt or Zero-Rated on other items in the same invoice.
