    it should have the ability to upload the team daily expenses directly from andriod or IOS mobile, which should get register in the particular project as well as general operations - since can achieve by creating a unique Job order number where we can add expenses and multiple invoice if client want to pay as advance +progressive invoices. also the dash board to populate all Jobs order with current status. typical work follow as below customer enquiry - Quotation - (approved quote-Client PO) -Job order Booking - Proforma invoice - Delivery - Progressive invoice (option) - Installation services - Final Invoice Job order booking screen should be main information screen for all jobs status. like, WIP - Completed - Advance received - Outstanding payment - Hold - Close on this screen we can add proforma invoice, progressive invoice - final invoice - delivery note - credit note etc,
