Adding a Simple Notes Feature to Enhance User Experience

A proposal to add a new page within the system called “Notes,” designed to be simple and fast to use, similar to Apple Notes. It would allow users to quickly write, save, and search their daily notes without affecting the accounting system.

The main idea is to provide a space within the platform for quick daily note-taking, which would increase user engagement and make the system part of their daily routine, not only for accounting tasks.

The core features would include creating text notes, saving and organizing them, and the ability to search them later.

The feature could be further developed by linking notes to customers or invoices, or by adding simple tables and a basic whiteboard for quick planning, as well as improving how comments are handled so users can easily navigate from notes to related transactions.

The idea is simple and easy to implement, but it could have a significant impact on user experience and increase engagement, making the platform part of the user’s daily workflow and organization.
