Add bilingual settings for customer information.

We want to apply for bilingual (English and Arabic) service for our clients, as they are mostly large international companies registered in Saudi Arabia and therefore prefer to use English. However, tax law requires that invoices be issued in Arabic or Arabic plus any other language.
